GET/v1/properties/recently-modified3 credits

Costs 3 credits per call, so poll at a sensible interval (every 15 minutes is 8,640 credits a month). Mirror-sync feed for listing mutations, newly matched sold records, and withdrawals since an ISO timestamp. Use it to keep your local copy fresh without re-walking every suburb. `since` must be within the last 30 days. **`withdrawn` is how you learn a listing ended.** A property that stops being advertised simply disappears from the suburb endpoints, so polling those can never tell you it is gone: without this event a synced copy accumulates listings that are no longer live. It is REVERSIBLE: a relist produces a later `listing_update` for the same property_id, so apply events in `event_date` order and let the latest win rather than treating a withdrawal as final. Withdrawn events carry the last known asking price from before the listing was pulled. **Filter to your area.** Pass `state` and/or `postcode` (up to 50, comma-separated) so you only pay for the events you keep.
