Properties currently advertised for rent in a suburb (Hobby+ tier)

GET/v1/suburbs/{state}/{suburb}/rentals3 credits

Costs 3 credits. Properties currently advertised for rent, newest first, one row per property. Each carries the weekly rent, bond, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, property type, listed and available-from dates. Filter with `property_type`, `min_beds`, `max_beds`, `min_rent` and `max_rent` (weekly). Up to 10 rows per call; page with `cursor`. `geo` is Pro+. Free keys get 403 `plan_upgrade_required` and the credits are refunded.

max_rent	query	no	Maximum weekly rent
limit	query	no	Page size (default and max 10)
cursor	query	no	Opaque cursor from the previous response's `pagination.next_cursor`
