Poll an off-market valuation job

GET/v1/valuations/{id}Free every 30s

Free once every 30 seconds per job: the first poll in each 30-second window costs nothing, and repeats inside the window return the same cached response and cost 1 credit. The `X-Poll-After` header gives the seconds until the next free poll. Returns the status of a job from POST /v1/valuations. Scoped to your API key's owner (other keys' jobs return 404). While pending/processing it returns an ETA; when completed it returns the estimate, weekly rent, yield, and potential sell price inline (investment score on Pro+), plus a link to the full `/v1/properties/{id}` record.
